In that the Forecast tab shows job performance at a single point in time, the invoicing tab shows the performance for the duration of a job. You'll see:

the total monthly revenue and cost values of the jobs:
- People / Time
- Expenses
- Other
- a forecast monthly total revenue and total cost
- an overall job total for revenue and cost with chargeable hours to date breakdown
- forecast gross profit by month
- forecast cumulative gross profit
The way that Metis calculates Forecast revenues is described here. For past months, the Forecast revenues are the amount that Metis thinks you should be invoicing your client for (budget).
TIP - You can use the figures shown on the invoicing tab to create your client invoices.
