On the opportunities and jobs list pages, you may notice a green 'new' tag on some jobs. What does this mean? Why does it apply on some things and not others?
The 'new' tag is given to the 1st opportunity or job of a given client.
Subsequent created opportunities/jobs for the same client will not be given the 'new' tag.
If you create an opportunity which then is converted into a job (which is the 1st for the client), the 'new' tag will be on the opportunity until it becomes Closed Won, then it will be on the created job.
